PressNet networking software provides detailed production
and tonnage information at your fingertips. The current die/part number, working
tonnage, production count, high and low tonnage setpoints, etc. can be viewed easily
by networking tonnage monitors. PressNet also includes PN Reporter. It easily
accumulates reports such as: press downtime, job run time and parts produced during
each production run. |

Pressroom Screen:
This is the main pressroom page. Each box represents
a press with a production monitor that is on the network. Current production count or
total tonnage is displayed and a color coded bar indicates the press status. A green
box indicates a press |

| running within the high and low tonnage limits. Red signifies
an alarm condition. A yellow box indicates a press is idle. When the press status
is outlined in blue, the tonnage monitor is in setup mode. |

 Hard Hit Report:
PressNet automatically generates a daily Hard Hit
Report. Every over capacity (Cap), Critical Curve Monitoring (CCM)(N260 only) and
high setpoint (High) violation is accumulated and displayed in this report. It also
lists the press number, part number, date and time of the alarm violation.
The associated tonnage signature is automatically saved (with TT Graph) and can be
easily viewed by simply double-clicking on the alarm. This makes reviewing over
tonnage conditions convenient and easy. This report is an option. |
