The Press Pilot 200 provides the essential clutch/brake control in a
PLC-based system. It is a Toledo designed press control for Allen-Bradley users. It consists
of dual Allen-Bradley Micro-Logix processors with dual relays and power supplies for
redundancy and control reliability on part revolution, mechanical stamping presses. The Press
Pilot 200 meets ANSI B11.1, OSHA 1910.217 and CAN/CSA-Z142-M02 standards. |

The Press Pilot 200 can be used as a stand-alone or integrated with other
automation equipment such as tonnage monitoring, die protection, programmable limit switches,
etc. Integration can easily be done with one of our integrated press control packages: Press
Attendant TPC, Co-Pilot TPC or Maximizer TPC. |
