The Press Pilot 100 provides the essential clutch/brake control you need
for your press. It is our Toledo designed, economical, press control. The Press pilot 100 is
dual processor-based and has dual force guided clutch relays. This controller also has input
status diagnostics for troubleshooting. The Press Pilot 100 meets ANSI B11.1, OSHA 1910.217
and CAN/CSA-Z142-02 standards. |

This press control can be used as a stand-alone or integrated with
other automation equipment such as tonnage monitoring, die protection, programmable limit
switches, etc. Integration can easily be done with one of our integrated press control
packages: Press Attendant TPC, Co-Pilot TPC or Maximizer TPC. |
