The modules for the Masa Die Protection Systems provide you with
the flexibility to accomodate a wide variety of die operations. These systems can all
be standardized in accordance with B-500 Series Modules. That means your die protection
can be tailor-made to fit any application problems that may exist. All you have to do
is plug them in. We’ve done all the rest. |

The B-500 modules that detect misfeed, part ejection, buckle
condition, end of stock, long feed and short feed. You may pause the monitoring of
your system, if necessary, with the bypass switch that is on each module. |

All modular electronic are sealed, preventing them from contamination
from the elements, human hands, dust and coolant sprays. |

| B-501 Misfeed |
| A one station module for proper feeding of material on every stroke the press takes. If material be short fed, a stop signal is sent to prevent smash-up. (Can be used with DMS-302, DMS-401 and DMS-410). |

| B-502 Part Ejection |
| This one station module monitors part or scrap ejecting from the die area on every stroke of the press. If a part/scrap become hung-up in the die area, a stop signal is sent to prevent double hits, thus preventing a smash-up. (Can be used with PEM-300, DMS-302, DMS-401, and DMS-410). |

| B-503 Buckle Probe |
| This one station N.O. module monitors any combination of buckle condition, end of stock, long feed, short feed, etc. Once a fault condition is detected the stop signal is sent to stop the press. (Can be used with DMS-302, DMS-401, and DMS-410.) |

| B-504 Cam Check |
| This module monitors cam operation only. It comes standard with the die monitoring systems. |

| B-505 Two Station Buckle Probe |
| This two station N.O. static input module monitors any combination of buckle conditions, end of stock, long feed, short feed, etc. If a fault occurs, a stop signal is sent to stop the press. Ideal for monitoring more than one N.O. static input and for distinguishing specific reasons for press stoppages. (Can be used with DMS-302 and DMS-410). |

| B-506 Two Station Misfeed |
| This two station module checks for proper feeding of material on every press stroke. Once material is short fed, the stop signal is sent to prevent smash-up. Ideal for checking two separate locations for feeding of material. (Can be used with DMS-302 and DMS-410). |

| B-507 One Misfeed & One Buckle Probe |
| This module has one station for short misfeed monitoring and one N.O. static input station for monitoring any combination of buckle condition, end of stock, long feed, short feed etc. A great combination in a compact module. (Can be used with DMS-302 and DMS-410). |
