The Automatic Counterbalance system will select, adjust and maintain the appropriate
air pressure. When the die or job number is put into the system for changeover, it will
automatically set the pressure based on upper die weight. It can also be setup to accept
a binary input to change jobs remotely. The pressure is then monitored continuously
throughout production, and the system will maintain the correct pressure for that die.
This system can be integrated with the Co-Pilot and Maximizer automation and control packages. |
